Business Development Manager Software Services

Acquire new customers for software services cloud, applications, testing, ERP etc. Identify and pursue new-targeted customers in the US, and win those by owning the sales cycle and taking it to closure. Own the annual TCV numbers and deliver the sales targets. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast. Engage customers in services and solutions discussions to understand their needs and work closely with VVDN's software engineering team to build customer pitch and proposals.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Have relevant direct connections with the customer executives in the industry to drive business development.
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in the Cloud Area/Business
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 12 years of proven success in business development and sales roles within the technology industry, with a focus on cloud services and solutions.
  • Engaging clients at various levels (including C-Level) to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-starter who can work both as an individual contributor and team player who can drive the business growth.

Skills:

  • Understanding of IT services industry, software platforms, delivery models would be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Customer orientated thinking, possessing a strong business acumen.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to structure and facilitate workshops and develop business cases for large deals.
