What you'll be doing:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to inactive customers (7+ months) * Re-engage and convert non-ordering locations within existing accounts * Prospect additional locations tied to enterprise customers * Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales * Identify customer needs and recommend solutions * Negotiate pricing and generate quotes * Use customer data to identify upsell opportunities * Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales targets * Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity * Collaborate with Account Managers and internal sales teams
What you bring to the table:

Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED * 6+ months of sales or related customer-facing experience OR recent college graduate with interest in sales * Comfortable making outbound calls daily * Ability to work 4 days onsite in Lincolnshire, IL * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years B2B sales or B2B service experience * Experience meeting sales or productivity goals (metrics / KPIs) * Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) * Ability to work onsite at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Note : This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office at our Lincolnshire, IL location with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. $22.75/hour - $27.00/hour, plus incentive opportunity
