In this role, you will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. You will play a critical role in driving sales by providing technical expertise, demonstrating product value, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a knack for building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate product value. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Assist in drafting proposals, quotes, and technical documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or related role. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
