Binnen het finance team heerst een collegiale sfeer waar kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan.
Als Business Controller maak je deel uit van een internationaal finance team en werk je nauw samen met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
- Analyseren en toelichten van financiële resultaten aan het management (general manager/CFO van de entiteiten die je beheert)
- Opvolgen en optimaliseren van marges en financiële processen
- Bewaken van balansposities en identificeren van financiële risico’s
- Opmaken en opvolgen van budgetten en forecasts (SAP)
- Zorgen voor een correcte SAP-structuur en betrouwbare rapportering
- Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits
- Deelnemen aan (internationale) meetings binnen Europa
Profiel kandidaat
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Economie, Handelswetenschappen, Accountancy & Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in controlling binnen een grotere organisatie. Kandidaten met ervaring in externe audit kunnen ook in aanmerking komen.
- Ervaring met SAP, PowerBI is een sterk pluspunt, gevorderde kennis van Excel
- Een vlotte kennis van het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
- Daarnaast werk je analytisch en gestructureerd, communiceer je helder met verschillende stakeholders en voel je je thuis in een internationale context waar je regelmatig schakelt tussen landen en culturen.
