A large integrated healthcare system in the Midwest is seeking a General Urologist to establish and grow a new community-based urology practice located in Western Illinois. This is a rare opportunity to build a highly visible practice with significant unmet patient demand while benefiting from the resources, mentorship, and referral support of an established regional urology network. The incoming physician will enjoy the autonomy of a community-based practice without practicing in isolation. Supported by a tertiary referral center located just 45 minutes away, physicians will have access to regional colleagues, subspecialty expertise, and collaborative support while maintaining independence in their local practice. General Urologists with interests in Robotics or Endourology will be well supported.

Practice Highlights:
* Opportunity to establish and grow a community-based urology practice with substantial unmet patient demand
* Potential expansion of the service line through additional physician recruitment
* General Urology position with flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests

* Dedicated OR access with flexibility in structuring clinic and surgical schedules
* Collaboration, mentorship, and referral support available through an established regional urology team
* APP support anticipated as the practice grows
* Call limited to the local market with no tertiary trauma center call responsibilities
* Potential for a 4 to 4.5-day work week depending on physician preference and practice structure
* Open to experienced physicians, graduating residents, and fellows
* International Medical Graduates are encouraged to inquire; an academic supervision pathway may be available through the health system's new affiliated residency program
* Epic EMR platform
* H1b Visas and O-1 Visas can be supported
