Outside Sales Representatives
in the
Baltimore, MD territory .
This is a remote, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships face-to-face, managing a sales territory, and working directly with customers at their place of business.
The right candidate is confident, organized, and driven to close sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage time and territory effectively. A mechanical or technical mindset is a significant advantage, as we specialize in woodworking machinery.
Prior experience in outside sales, capital equipment, or industrial sales is preferred—but we are willing to train motivated individuals with transferable sales skills.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage customer relationships within your assigned territory
Generate leads and actively prospect new business opportunities
Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to customer needs
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and close sales
Coordinate with inside sales and support teams
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Progress through a structured training program—from entry-level equipment to advanced CNC machinery
Maintain regular communication with internal teams while working remotely
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build relationships and close salesOutside or territory sales experience preferred
Mechanical or technical aptitude strongly preferred
Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer tools
Ability to travel regularly within the Baltimore-area territory
Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows (U.S.)
Woodworking or industrial equipment experience is a plus (not required)
