Job Details Location: 220 Hutchison Rd, Rochester, NY 14620. Type: Temporary, Part time. Hours: 20 per week. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.10 per hour. Responsibilities Provide project support to cross‑functional teams on short‑term departmental projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, documentation, and other related materials. Maintain project files and records, ensuring documents are up‑to‑date and accessible. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute to relevant stakeholders. Track project progress and update schedules and timelines. Collect and compile data for project analysis and reporting. Assist in creating spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support tracking and reporting. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education & Experience High school diploma required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
