What You’ll Be Doing:
* Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence
* Work closely with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, OT, and speech therapy
* Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
* Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
* Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting
* Positive attitude and commitment to quality care
