About The Position The Sales Coordinator functions as a part of the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and post-sale coordination of equipment orders from start to finish.
In This Role, You Will
Process equipment orders, coordinate deliveries, maintain stock/inventory records, and prepare sales documentation.
Ensure customers receive their equipment as promised, with all necessary paperwork and internal systems accurately maintained.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
Prior experience with material handling or heavy equipment is a huge plus
Prior logistics/transportation scheduling experience preferred
High level of organization and time management skills to manage complex, fast-paced sales cycles
Advanced office & computer skills, with the ability to multitask across phone, computer systems, and vendor coordination

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This position spends most of the time in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate and occasionally will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold.
This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
