Produktbezogene Vorgaben und Compliance sind Ihr Spezialgebiet? Dann schreiben Sie mit an der Schlüter-Erfolgsstory als
- Koordinieren aller Produkt-Compliance-Aktivitäten mit relevanten Schnittstellen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie Verantworten der rechtskonformen Produktkennzeichnung für Etiketten, Verpackung, Sicherheitsdatenblätter oder CE-Kennzeichnung
- Beraten von Stakeholdern bei Produktneuentwicklungen in Bezug auf gesetzliche und normative Anforderungen in Verbindung mit dem Sicherstellen und Überwachen der rechts- und normkonformen Markteinführung unserer Produkte in internationalen Märkten
- Analysieren, Bewerten und Umsetzen relevanter gesetzlicher, normativer und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Durchführen und Bewerten von Risikobeurteilungen für unsere Produkte
- Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit externen Prüfinstituen, Behören und Verbänden sowie Erstellen und Pflegen von Leistungserklärungen (DoP) gemäß EU-Bauproduktenverordnung (BauPVO)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemie, Bauingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftsrecht, Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Product Compliance-, Regulatory- oder Product-Safety-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Bauindustrie
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse internationaler Produkt- und Marktzulassungsanforderungen
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Entwicklung, Qualität, Legal und Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Verbindung mit einer kommunikationsstarken Persönlichkeit und gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
