Voor UTURN zoeken wij een Salesmanager Nederland die de wereld van containerlogistiek door en door kent. Iemand die zijn weg weet in en rond Rotterdam, Moerdijk, Amsterdam en de inland hubs en beschikt over een sterk netwerk bij verladers, forwarders en andere logistieke beslissers.
Je bent commercieel scherp en resultaatgericht, met een natuurlijke drive om nieuwe business te realiseren. Je voelt goed aan hoe de logistieke keten werkt en weet waar kansen liggen om waarde toe te voegen. Daarbij ben je ondernemend, neem je initiatief en beweeg je je gemakkelijk in een dynamische omgeving waar snelheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
Jouw rol
Als Salesmanager Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van UTURN in de Nederlandse markt. Je ontwikkelt new business en bouwt bestaande relaties verder uit, met als doel het realiseren van concrete containerstromen via het UTURN-netwerk.
Je richt je op de belangrijkste logistieke knooppunten in Nederland en zet klantvragen om in passende oplossingen, variërend van spotcapaciteit tot dedicated en managed oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams om vraag en capaciteit goed op elkaar aan te sluiten en te zorgen dat commerciële afspraken ook operationeel waargemaakt worden.
Daarnaast denk je mee over de commerciële koers en vertaal je deze naar een concreet salesplan met duidelijke focus, target accounts en pipeline. Je zorgt voor een stabiele en schaalbare groei, in lijn met de belofte van UTURN: Every container, a promise kept.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Ervaring in B2B sales binnen logistiek, transport of supply chain
- Goede kennis van containerlogistiek (havens, trucking, hinterland)
- Een sterk en relevant netwerk bij verladers, forwarders, importeurs/exporteurs en logistieke dienstverleners
- Aantoonbare track record in het openen van deuren en sluiten van deals
- Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Proactieve, ondernemende en resultaatgerichte mindset
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Duits/Frans is een pré)
