The Sales Advisor builds meaningful client connections, fostering relationships that lead to long-term brand loyalty. Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, they maintain composure while delivering exceptional service. This individual ensures store cleanliness and upkeep, supports leadership initiatives to drive sales, enhance team engagement, improve visual merchandising, and achieve operational excellence.
The Sales Advisor embraces learning and utilizes new technologies, with experience in platforms like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office as a strong advantage. They also execute opening and closing tasks, ensuring seamless store operations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum age requirement of 18 years to ensure alignment with company standards.
Background in luxury retail or high-touch client-facing roles, with proven experience selling products at a minimum price point of $1,000. Must demonstrate expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building lasting relationships with discerning clients.
Flexible and adaptable availability to meet dynamic business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.
Active and engaging presence on the sales floor, maintaining energy and focus while standing and walking for extended periods to support an elevated client experience.
Hourly Pay Range: X to X. Actual compensation will be based on years of experience, skills, competencies qualifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Performance: drive results by focusing on conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Order Value (AOV), and return clients.
Excel in clienteling efforts through personalized outreach, effective networking, contributing to exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS), secret shopper results and fostering long-term client relationships.
Task Management: demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time.
