This Maintenance Technician job will suit a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will support planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment, helping to minimise downtime, improve reliability and keep operations running efficiently.
Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Salary package up to €55,000 basic plus overtime Monday to Friday early/late shift pattern FMCG production environment based in Citywest, Dublin The Role:
* Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and/or electrical faults
* Support machine changeovers, breakdown response and equipment improvements
* Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow site health and safety procedures
* Contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering function The Person:
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in FMCG, food, packaging, manufacturing or a similar production environment
* Relevant engineering qualification or time-served maintenance background desirable
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
* Comfortable working an early/late Monday to Friday shift pattern The Rewards:
* Up to €55,000 basic package
