PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS
- Soutenir les actions communautaires déjà en place ;
- Effectuer des suivis psycho-sociaux auprès de la clientèle ciblée ;
- Développer des actions auprès des jeunes âgées entre 0 et 17 ans ;
- Avec l’aide d’une ressource interne spécialisée, intégrer la culture abénakise dans l’ensemble des actions jeunesse ;
- Appuyer les jeunes dans la maîtrise des divers éléments culturels ;
- Effectuer des tâches connexes.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Formation collégiale ou universitaire dans un domaine relié aux services sociaux;
- Expérience en lien avec le poste est un atout ;
- Connaissance de la culture abénakise ;
- Être à l’aise avec une clientèle enfance et jeunesse ;
- Maîtrise du français oral et écrit ;
- Disponibilité de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine.
APTITUDES PERSONNELLES
- Être une personne responsable ;
- Faire preuve d’autonomie et être proactif dans l’exécution de ses mandats ;
- Avoir une intégrité sans faille ;
- Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe.
