Functieomschrijving Als technisch manager heeft u de technische verantwoordelijkheid over het machinepark, de attracties en de technische infrastructuur van het park en Aquapark. Algemene (personeels)organisatie van technisch onderhoud, foutenanalyse, automatiseringsprojecten en kleinere en grotere verbeteringsprojecten schrikken u niet af. Het aspect veiligheid primeert in uw takenpakket. Samen met de algemeen directeur coördineert u de grotere investeringsprojecten. U geeft leiding aan 3 technische bedienden en 4 ploegchefs met een 25-tal medewerkers verdeeld over de afdelingen mechaniek, elektriciteit, parkonderhoud, decoratie en groendienst. U rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur.
Taken:
Technische verantwoordelijkheid over de technische installaties en infrastructuur van het park en Aquapark : attracties, waterzuiveringsinstallatie, gebouwen, restaurants, dierenstallingen...
Het organiseren van preventieve controles
Plannen en superviseren van de onderhoudswerken aan de technische installaties & infrastructuur.
Garant staan voor het operationeel zijn van alle attracties en het Aquapark.
Voorbereiden van de budgetten voor alle technische werken en projecten en nauw opvolgen van deze budgetten.
Opvolgen van de veiligheid van de attracties& bezoekers alsook van de teamleden
Opstellen en opvolgen van alle technische fiches en procedures.
Contacteren van externe partners & leveranciers : lokaal, nationaal en internationaal.
Actief participeren aan diverse vergaderingen (managementmeeting, CPBW, meetings met studiebureau/architect, ...) en instaan voor de implementatie van de genomen beslissingen.
Profiel U bent industrieel ingenieur (of graduaat/bachelor mits de juiste ervaring) van opleiding (elektrisch, elektronisch of elektromechanisch georiënteerd) en beschikt over een polyvalente technische en leidinggevende ervaring van minimum 10 jaar. Verder heeft u ervaring met (automatiserings)projecten alsook met budgetbeheer. Wij zoeken een hands-on manager die in staat is zijn ploeg ten allen tijde on-the-field te ondersteunen en te motiveren. Communicatief ingesteld zijn en georganiseerd te werk gaan, zijn u niet onbekend. U bent flexibel ingesteld & regelmatig werken op een weekenddag schrikt u niet af.
