Customer Relations Medewerker
Schiedam | 32 – 40 uur

Als Customer Relations Medewerker ben je de spil tussen de klant en de interne organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de klant een passende oplossing aangeboden krijgt en zich begrepen voelt. Een van de belangrijkste taken is het onderhouden van contact met klanten, zowel proactief als reactief. Je hebt contact over alle voorkomende vraagstukken vanuit de klant. Denk hierbij aan het maken van rapportages, verwerken van bestellingen, klachten, mutaties, facturatie, leveringen, opzeggingen en operationele vraagstukken. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor projectmatige zaken zoals contractinvoer en telefonisch relatiebeheer. Gezien de veelzijdigheid van onze klanten en de uitgebreide dienstverlening biedt ieder contact een nieuwe uitdaging. In de interne organisatie ben je de directe schakel tussen de afdelingen sales, productie, distributie en magazijn.
- Jij hebt MBO+ denkniveau en hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent resultaatgericht, verantwoordelijk en commercieel
- Jij durft beslissingen te nemen, neemt initiatief en werkt accuraat
- Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal
Je komt bij ons terecht in een zelfstandig, gezellig team van gelijkgestemden. Als Customer Relations Medewerker krijg je alle ruimte om mee te denken en het proces te optimaliseren. Verder kun je het volgende verwachten:
- Goed salaris en vakantiegeld 8,33%
- Uitzicht op dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd. Wij geloven in langdurig samenwerken en zijn daarom op zoek naar medewerkers voor langere tijd
