FunctieIn deze essentiële strategische functie ben je onderdeel van het team en vervul je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen en versterken van een cultuur gericht op kwaliteit binnen het bedrijf. Je krijgt de kans om invloed uit te oefenen, processen te verbeteren en de kwaliteit naar een hoger plan te brengen, samen met een enthousiast team.
Als Quality Manager zijn er diverse verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je leidt een team van ongeveer tien medewerkers, waaronder kwaliteitsinspecteurs en lastechnische experts
- Je bevordert een positieve teamdynamiek door je medewerkers dagelijks te begeleiden en te motiveren
- Je stimuleert een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering en streeft met je team naar steeds hogere kwaliteitsnormen
- Je behoudt het overzicht en zorgt voor een gestructureerde en efficiënte organisatie van het werk
- Je plant en verdeelt taken op een strategische wijze, zodat deadlines worden gehaald zonder kwaliteitsverlies
- Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere afdelingen en stemt soepel af met alle betrokken partijen
- Je communiceert duidelijk en doelgericht, zowel intern als extern, en past je boodschap aan op basis van het publiek
- Je neemt een actieve rol binnen het managementteam en draagt bij aan de strategische richting van de organisatie
- Je denkt mee over de toekomst van je afdeling en initieert acties om de werking verder te optimaliseren
Je hebt een paar jaar ervaring als leider binnen kwaliteit of productie, bij voorkeur in een omgeving die met metaal werkt.
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica.
Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt klantgerichte verbeteringen realiseren, ook in complexe situaties.
Je kunt een technisch team motiveren en begeleiden om gezamenlijke resultaten te behalen.
Je bent bekend met MS Office en voelt je vooral op je gemak met Excel en Word.
Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een plus.
Ervaring met lasprocessen en bouwnormen voor drukvaten (zoals ASME, AD2000-Merkblätter of EN 13445) is zeker een voordeel.
