En tant que directeur(trice) des Services à la clientèle de Comptes majeurs, Marché haut de gamme de HRO , vous utiliserez votre expertise en exploitation, stratégie et leadership pour guider plusieurs équipes, assurer l’efficacité des activités et favoriser un environnement de travail productif et agréable.
Ce poste gère l’un des plus grands secteurs d’activité d’ADP Canada, en croissance rapide, générant des profits importants et des revenus élevés. La personne sélectionnée soutiendra la croissance, exécutera le plan stratégique et offrira un service optimal aux clients.
En collaboration avec diverses fonctions au sein des segments Comptes majeurs et nationaux, ainsi qu’au sein des segments HRO, le ou la titulaire favorisera la réussite et l’expansion en améliorant l’efficacité, la qualité, l’intégration des services, la fidélisation et le développement des employés. Il ou elle élaborera et mettra en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles pour assurer une prestation de services efficace, y compris la gestion des relations clients.
Ce que vous ferez : responsabilités Ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre lors d’une journée typique : Gestion du marché- Gérer les relations clients pour traiter et résoudre rapidement les questions stratégiques.
- Assurer la réalisation des cibles NPS, qualité interne et fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Participer à la planification organisationnelle pour soutenir la croissance, en assurant engagement, satisfaction et fidélité des clients et employés.
- Inpirer et orienter l’organisation en gestion des ressources humaines, notamment le recrutement, la gestion des talents, la gestion du rendement et le développement professionnel.
- Fixer des objectifs clairs, fournir du feedback et réaliser des évaluations annuelles.
- Planifier la relève et évaluer les talents.
- Démontrer un leadership soutenant les objectifs organisationnels via une communication efficace.
- Gérer les relations stratégiques avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Planifier la fin d’année de manière proactive.
- Baccalauréat
- Expérience en gestion d’équipes d’exploitation et en service à la clientèle (au moins 8 ans)
- Expérience en gestion de leaders (au moins 5 ans)
- Compétences en communication, collaboration, organisation, gestion du temps, résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler seul(e) ou en équipe, à évaluer et motiver le personnel
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles avec les clients
*Pour les candidats au Québec : le français est obligatoire, l’anglais est également requis pour la communication internationale.
Atouts supplémentaires :- Maîtrise en administration des affaires ou diplôme supérieur
- Expérience en services partagés ou en consultation
- Expérience en gestion du cycle complet de paie
