About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, actively sell products, provide support and guidance, use fashion and product knowledge, manage garment refill and care, ensure presentation and maintain a clean sales floor, and collaborate with team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
A Day in the Life Typical responsibilities include customer sales and profit, fashion trend awareness, team and development, and retail operations/visual & commercial execution.
Customer Sales & Profit
Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
Engage in conversations to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products.
Promote and sell products effectively.
Promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
Represent the brand positively during interactions.
Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets with store management.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scenes, trends, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.
Use knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
Give and receive feedback to learn and develop.
Participate in onboarding and training relevant to the role.
Retail Operations & Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure care.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
Maintain a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house.
Support garment presentation, displays and visual guidelines.
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.
Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI and tech services.
Support opening and closing of the store.
Follow all safety and legal requirements.
Who You Are
Passionate about fashion and store experiences.
Motivated by giving customers a great experience.
Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Have sales experience and customer service experience in retail or related industries.
