They are currently seeking a driven Sales Manager or Regional Manager to join their expanding team. This mid-career role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, with experience navigating retail and D2C channels. About the Company: They are a leader in the better-for-you beverage space, offering refreshing, great-tasting products that deliver functional benefits without unnecessary sugars or calories. Their products are available nationwide in major retail chains and through leading online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand retail sales through a network of sales agencies and brokers. Strengthen and grow key customer relationships with major accounts, including Walmart, Target, and Amazon. Drive new business development, focusing on the East Coast region. Support the company's direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth initiatives. Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute sales strategies. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience working with major national retailers and online marketplaces. Proven success managing broker networks and sales agencies. Self-starter with strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills. Based on or willing to travel regularly across the East Coast.
