Now we're searching for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our Eat'n Park team. Qualified candidates must be able to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius from your home zip code.

We're searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:
- 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office).
- Ability to stand/walk for 810 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

- Pay: starting at $47,000 plus bonus eligibility
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with one weekend off per month
