Ben jij een technisch sterke ICT professional die verder kijkt dan alleen beheer? Als Technisch Consultant ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaal je strategische doelstellingen naar slimme, veilige en toekomstbestendige ICT oplossingen.
Jouw rol
Als Technisch Consultant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, verbeteren en adviseren rondom complete ICT omgevingen van klanten. Je combineert technische kennis met strategisch inzicht en zorgt ervoor dat ICT omgevingen veilig, stabiel en gebruiksvriendelijk blijven.
Je vertaalt de ICT visie van de organisatie naar praktische oplossingen op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging, moderne werkplekken en proactief beheer. Daarbij houd je rekening met continuïteit, veiligheid, flexibiliteit en beheersbare kosten.
Je werkt projectmatig aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties en zorgt ervoor dat hardware, software, cloudomgevingen, netwerken en telefonie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast stel je rapportages op, bewaak je de voortgang van projecten en onderhoud je nauw contact met klanten en collega’s.
Binnen de organisatie werk je intensief samen met accountmanagement, support en technische specialisten om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
Wie we zoeken
- Minimaal een mbo 4 diploma richting ICT of hbo werk en denkniveau
- Ervaring met moderne ICT omgevingen en consultancy werkzaamheden
- Sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden
- Vermogen om ICT strategie te koppelen aan klantdoelstellingen
- Ervaring met planning, rapportage en projectmatig werken
- Proactieve houding en initiatief in verbetertrajecten
- Kennis van Microsoft 365 en Azure diensten
- Ervaring met Windows Server en virtualisatie
- Kennis van netwerken en routing
- Ervaring met devicemanagement en endpoint security
- Kennis van back upsystemen
- Ervaring met e mail en databeveiliging
- Affiniteit met computer en serverhardware
