*About the Role*
We're recruiting for an experienced *Technical Business Analyst* to join a growing technology transformation team within a well-established retail business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across business-critical transformation programmes, helping to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting developers, architects and data teams to deliver meaningful change.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
* Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
* Produce user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
* Define data mapping and systems integration requirements.
* Work closely with developers, solution architects and data engineering teams.
* Support the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.
* Facilitate workshops and document current and future state processes.
* Support testing, UAT and solution implementation.
*About You*
You'll have experience as a Technical Business Analyst within a technology transformation environment and be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
You'll ideally have experience of:
* Retail, eCommerce or Supply Chain transformation
* Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP or Fulfilment platforms
* Systems integration, APIs and data mapping
* Process modelling and requirements gathering
* User stories and Agile delivery
* Working alongside developers, architects and data teams
