Vous avez pour mission d'assurer la coordination et le suivi des activités opérationnelles qui vous sont confiées. Vous encadrez les équipes au quotidien, veillez à l'atteinte des objectifs et garantissez la satisfaction des clients dans le respect des processus internes.
Plus concrètement, voici comment seront rythmées vos journées :
Supervision des opérations et gestion d'équipe
- Encadrer et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles au quotidien
- Proposer, définir et suivre les objectifs de votre équipe
- Réaliser les entretiens individuels et évaluer les compétences
- Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux employés
- Assurer la transmission des connaissances et soutenir les membres de l’équipe
- Gérer les situations opérationnelles complexes ou à enjeux
Pilotage de la performance et amélioration continue
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et analyser les résultats
- Mettre en place et piloter des plans d’actions d’amélioration (internes et clients)
- Identifier les écarts et proposer des solutions concrètes
- Veiller à l’application des processus et standards de l’entreprise
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des opérations et des pratiques d’équipe
Communication et relation client
- Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes, les services internes et les clients
- Gérer les situations de tension ou de conflit avec professionnalisme
- Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client selon les procédures qualité
- Présenter les bilans mensuels d’activité et les résultats des périmètres
- Effectuer un reporting régulier sur votre activité et celle de votre équipe
Formations
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en gestion des opérations, logistique, production ou domaine similaire
- Expérience minimale de 3 ans en supervision d'équipe en milieu industriel
