Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Patient Encounters Per Shift:

Types of Cases:
External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator (Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons), Tomotherapy, Superficial/Orthovoltage Techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS (all types), Intraoperative Radiation Therapy (IORT), Total Body Irradiation (TBI), Total Skin Electrons (TSE), Hyper Altered Fractionation Treatment Planning: Conventional Treatment Planning, Beam Shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)
Credentialing:
IMLC not accepted due to short turnaround time. Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing.
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible:
Board Certified required
Certifications:
ACLS - Required
Licensure:
Kentucky state license required (IMLC not accepted)
