Introductie
Als Senior Business Consultant bij Cegeka Business Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch vormgeven van onze aanpak binnen de PSO-markt. In de rol van Subject Matter Expert combineer je jouw diepgaande ERP-expertise met strategisch inzicht om innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen, waarbij je een bepalende rol speelt in het realiseren van groei voor zowel onze klanten als ons team. Je fungeert als een vertrouwde adviseur op C-level niveau en als thought leader binnen de sector. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de uitbouw van het team en bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige diensten op het gebied van ERP Project Operations, Project Management & Accounting. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het begeleiden van klanten en het intern en extern delen van kennis. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Solution Architecten, Project Managers en Applicatie Consultants om de PSO-markt verder te ontwikkelen.
- Strategische bijdrage: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën om onze positie in de PSO-markt te versterken.
- Visieontwikkeling: Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitdraging van de bedrijfsvisie binnen de PSO-industrie.
- Teamuitbreiding: Actief meewerken aan de groei en ontwikkeling van het team, met een focus op kwaliteit en expertise.
- Dienstverlening: Verlenen van hoogwaardige diensten op het gebied van Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifiek Project Operations en Project Management & Accounting.
- Kennisdeling: Opleiden en begeleiden van klanten en collega's, waarbij je jouw expertise effectief overbrengt.
Wat breng jij mee?
- HBO/HBO/WO-diploma.
- Uitgebreide kennis van de PSO-markt; voor jou kent de professionele dienstverlener geen geheimen.
- Kennis en/of ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central of soortgelijk.
- Klantgericht, teamspeler en gewend om samen te werken met Sales, Solution Architecten, Project Managers en Applicatie Consultants.
- Analytisch, Ondernemend en strategisch ingesteld, met een duidelijke visie en het vermogen om deze uit te dragen.
