THE ROLE: This is a highly consultative, clinically focused Account Manager role covering the Dublin to Belfast corridor.
You will be selling an innovative range of anaesthesia equipment and consumables into both public and private hospitals, working closely with anaesthesia departments, recovery units and clinical procurement teams.
This role is as much about selling the therapy as the product, and you will be expected to engage at a deep clinical level, build trusted relationships with specialists and support clinicians in delivering better patient outcomes.
It is a specialist position that rewards those with genuine clinical curiosity and a patient-focused approach.
THE PERSON: This role requires direct experience in a theatre or surgical environment
- this is non-negotiable.
We are looking for candidates who are currently working in, or have a strong background in, one of the following: A theatre nurse or scrub nurse with hands-on surgical or anaesthesia experience A biomedical or clinical engineer with theatre environment exposure A medical sales professional currently selling into theatres or surgical departments A clinical background or healthcare-related degree is highly desirable.
You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a consultative approach and the ability to manage a territory with professionalism and autonomy.
Some experience in a medical sales or clinical education role is advantageous for those coming from a purely clinical background.
A full, clean Irish driving licence is required.
THE PACKAGE: Base Salary: €60,000
