Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Writing samples or a portfolio are required.
Experience
5‑7 years of professional copywriting experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, retail, or restaurant industries.
Experience working in an in‑house brand team or agency supporting enterprise and mid‑market clients.
Proven track record of delivering content across multiple channels (digital, campaign, sales enablement, and thought leadership).
Core Skills
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise content.
Ability to turn complex products and technical concepts into simple, customer‑focused messaging.
Ability to apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards consistently.
Experience writing for web, email, paid media, and long‑form content.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to use AI, Microsoft Co‑Pilot 365, to speed up job function.
Ways of Working
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfort working cross‑functionally with creative, product marketing, campaign, and sales teams.
Sound judgment when incorporating feedback and improving content.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned to brand standards.
Proactive partnership with the editorial director and broader brand team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution.
Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and content strategy.
Exposure to unified commerce, payments, retail, or restaurant technology.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, concise copy for web, campaigns, email, thought leadership, and sales materials.
Turn complex product and technology concepts into simple, customer‑focused messaging.
Partner with creative, campaign, and product marketing teams to build consistent messaging across channels.
Support thought leadership and long‑form content that strengthens the NCR Voyix brand.
Apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across all content.
