Application Manager / System Engineer (m/w/d)
Standort: Hamburg
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konfiguration und den Betrieb unserer Contact-Center-Plattformen, unterstützt die technische und fachliche Weiterentwicklung, führst fachliche und technische Integrationstests durch und integrierst Lösungen in die bestehende IT-Systemlandschaft. Dabei beachtest Du stets Architekturleitlinien, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und regulatorische Anforderungen.
- Systemstörungen gehst Du strukturiert an: Du überwachst die Plattformen, analysierst Incidents, identifizierst Ursachen und leitest nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Incident-, Problem- und Change-Managements ein. Zudem hältst Du unsere Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbücher aktuell.
- Du erkennst Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten und Schwachstellen im Bereich Netzwerk- und Sicherheitstechnologien und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse im Einklang mit der IT-Strategie bei.
- In der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Stakeholdern agierst Du stets professionell und vertrauensvoll, gestaltest gemeinsam zukunftsweisende Lösungen und vertrittst dabei die Interessen unseres Unternehmens.
- Mit Deinem agilen Mindset förderst Du die agile Arbeitsweise, engagierst Dich in Communities und Gilden und gibst Dein Wissen aktiv weiter, zum Beispiel durch die Durchführung von Workshops oder internen Vorträgen.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik bzw. Informationstechnik und bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung in der fachlichen und technischen Ausgestaltung von Arbeitsgut-Routing- sowie Arbeitsgutsteuerungsprozessen mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Voice- und non-Voice-Routing.
- Deine Expertise umfasst die Netzwerk-Sicherheit und IT-Infrastruktur; zudem hast Du praktische Erfahrung in Cloud-Umgebungen sowie in der Automatisierung komplexer Konfigurations-Deployments.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Integration von SaaS-Lösungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2) runden Dein Profil ab.
