Voor een innovatieve producent binnen de chemische procesindustrie zoeken wij een proces operator voor een uniek en duurzaam productieproces. Hier worden natuurlijke grondstoffen met behulp van chemische modificatie en geavanceerde procestechnologie omgezet tot hoogwaardige materialen die wereldwijd worden toegepast in duurzame bouwprojecten, infrastructuur en architectuur. Je komt terecht in een moderne fabriek waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Dit ga je doen
Als proces operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van het chemische productieproces. Vanuit de controlekamer én in de fabriek bewaak je installaties, stuur je processen bij en zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig en efficiënt verloopt.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van chemische procesinstallaties
- Monitoren van proceswaarden zoals druk, temperatuur, niveaus en flows
- Uitvoeren van controle- en inspectierondes in de fabriek
- Signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen in het proces
- Verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen en ondersteunen bij technische werkzaamheden
- Assisteren tijdens onderhoudsstops en turnarounds
- Registreren van procesgegevens en productiegegevens
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt continu tussen procesbeheersing, techniek, veiligheid en samenwerking.
Je bent in het bezit van
Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand met technisch inzicht en interesse in de procesindustrie.
- Affiniteit met techniek, chemie, productie of procestechniek
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbaar
- Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn
- Ervaring als procesoperator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen harde eis. Motivatie, technisch inzicht en de juiste mentaliteit vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.
