Location: Amarillo, TX (Onsite 5 days a week) Compensation: $100,000+ total compensation package Project: Confidential $6B Greenfield Hyperscale Data Center (3-year program)

We're recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized construction management firm known for delivering some of the most complex and mission-critical data center projects in the U.S. As part of their expansion for a flagship $6B greenfield data center project in Amarillo, TX, they are seeking a high-performing Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of this 3-year, high-profile program.

This is a rare opportunity for a rising construction management professional to gain hands-on experience supporting senior project leadership on one of the largest data center builds in North America.

What You'll Own
  • Support project leadership in driving day-to-day execution and coordination across workstreams.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, invoice management, and change order tracking.
  • Help manage the project schedule and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, and other key project communications.
  • Support onsite construction oversight, safety protocols, and QA/QC activities.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction management, general contracting, or project coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Architectural Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to track and manage complex documentation and reporting processes.
  • Client-facing demeanor and professional presentation skills.
  • Hungry to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-velocity, collaborative team environment.
