The RoleWe are looking for a leader to drive enablement of AMD's GSI business in the Data Center. He/she will be responsible for partnering with Sales counterparts to drive AMD's GSI partnerships, focused primarily on AMD's Enterprise and Datacenter solutions.

- Proven track record of strategy & planning, building on a strategic vision
- Develop and implement AMD's Data Center strategy to grow our partnerships and associated business with GSIs
- Build deep relationships with GSI executives in pursuit of growing mutual business as related to delivering enablement scale
- Drive a comprehensive enablement plan with GSI partners, including sales and pre-sales training, program optimization, and alignment of AMD and partner 4P planning
- Identify challenges currently faced by AMD's GSI engagements, and work with executives, both internally and externally, to grow and accelerate AMD's momentum across all Data Center products
- Establish operational capability, with KPIs, in our enablement motion and monitor/drive growth
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving GSI business, with at least 10 years' progressive responsibilities
- Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and executive relationship building within key customers and partners, preferably at or with GSIs
- Enablement & Messaging: Proven capability to develop differentiated customer and partner messaging, with experience leveraging AI to scale
Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering preferred. MBA would be a plus.
