We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and manage supply chain and procurement-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and supply chain operations. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is essential. Prior experience with Client or supporting Client programs is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of supply chain and procurement programs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, engineering, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate project status meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- 68+ years of project/program management experience with a focus on supply chain and procurement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement processes, and operational workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Prior experience supporting Client or working within Client supply chain programs.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, and performance reporting.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
