Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) et responsable du bureau bilingue pour soutenir notre équipe de direction dans diverses tâches administratives au quotidien, tout en contribuant au bon fonctionnement des opérations de bureau. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne fiable, organisée et motivée, qui souhaite apprendre, se développer et évoluer dans un environnement professionnel stimulant
Principales responsabilités
- Offrir un soutien administratif et organisationnel à l’équipe de direction
- Gérer les agendas, la documentation, la correspondance et la logistique des réunions
- Préparer, mettre en forme et réviser des documents à l’aide de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion et professionnalisme
- S’adapter à différents styles de gestion et à des priorités changeantes
- Assurer la gestion des opérations quotidiennes du bureau
- Effectuer les commandes de fournitures de bureau (papeterie, café, lait, etc.) et en assurer le suivi
- Maintenir un environnement de travail organisé, fonctionnel et accueillant
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements de bureau
- Profil recherché :
- Bilingue (français et anglais), avec d’excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale
- Fiable, professionnel(le) et à l’aise avec le travail en présentiel
- Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches et d’établir les priorités efficacement
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Sens aigu de la confidentialité et du respect des informations sensibles

Exigences linguistiques :
La maîtrise du français est essentielle, puisque le poste est exercé au Québec et implique des communications internes et administratives en français. La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise, car la personne titulaire du poste devra, à l’occasion, communiquer au nom de l’équipe de direction avec des clients, fournisseurs et partenaires internationaux situés à l’extérieur du Québec, dans un contexte où le français n’est pas toujours la langue de travail.

What you'll do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to senior leaders
- Manage calendars, documents, correspondence, and meeting logistics
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Adapt to different working styles and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning workplace
- Order and manage office supplies (including stationery, coffee, milk, etc.)
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
- Coordinate with vendors and support the proper functioning of office equipment
