Compensation & Benefits
Earnings:
Base salary + Commission. Realistic first‑year earnings of
$50,000 – $70,000 , with top performers surpassing
$100,000+ .

Full training provided. No automotive experience required—we hire for character and train for skill.
What You’ll Do
Manage Your Business:
Lead‑generation and prospecting, while participating in our fair‑share dealership showroom lead rotation.
Be the Expert:
Provide transparent information to customers (the "first time they ask") to help them make the best choice.
Build a Following:
Drive success through vehicle units sold, ensuring your customers feel respected and valued throughout the process.
What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements)
Growth Mindset:
High energy, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a "team‑first" attitude.
Communication & Honesty:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing transparent information.
People First:
Excellent customer service skills; you should genuinely enjoy building long‑term relationships.
The Essentials:
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Professionalism:
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
