Button CDJR, a proud member of the Chariot Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create and manage repair orders with clear, detailed service recommendations
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair needs, and timelines
- Provide service estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork, billing, and warranty documentation
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain service records using dealership management systems
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is required (CDJR experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
- Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 5 years
