- Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Cash & Treasury-Organisation, -Policy und -Governance-Struktur
- Verantwortung, Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen Liquidität (Cash Management, ggf. Cash Pooling)
- Verantwortung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Liquiditätsplanungen, -prognosen und das Reporting für die Gruppe
- Konsolidierung und Validierung der Liquiditätsplanungen der Tochtergesellschaften
- Durchführung und Optimierung des Zahlungsverkehrs, inkl. Implementierung moderner Payment-Prozesse und -Systeme
- Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Reports für das Management
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Standardisierung des monatlichen Bankenreportings für die Gruppe
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bankbeziehungen
- Unterstützung bei Finanzierungsmaßnahmen sowie Verhandlungen mit Banken und Leasinggesellschaften
- Zins- und Währungsmanagement, inkl. Sicherungsstrategien (Hedging) und Reporting
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Treasury-Umfeld (z. B. Einführung von Tools, Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines Risikomanagements)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Controlling, Tax und den internationalen Gesellschaften
- Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von Treasury-Management-Systemen (TMS)
- Risikomanagement: Aufbau von Prozessen zur Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Finanzrisiken (Währungs-, Zins-, Liquiditätsrisiken)
- Perspektivisch: Aufbau eines Inhouse Bankings (Cash Pooling) sowie weiterer digitaler Treasury Services
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Treasury oder Corporate Finance oder alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) mit einer fachspezifischen Weiterbildung, bspw. zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) oder Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Group Treasury, Corporate Finance oder Cash Management eines international tätigen Industrieunternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Liquiditätsmanagement, Cash Pooling, Finanzierung und Bankensteuerung
- Erfahrung mit SAP (idealerweise S/4HANA Treasury) sowie hohe IT- und Systemaffinität
- Strategisches Denken, kombiniert mit operativer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und -steuerung, Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
