Functieomschrijving Als Supply Chain Coördinator neem je de dagelijkse operationele leiding over het supply chain team in Herent - een cruciale schakel in de totale plantwerking – en ben je de proactieve spilfiguur die de end-to-end processen en belangen van diverse interne afdelingen harmoniseert om een optimale productieflow te garanderen. Om jouw rol gedegen uit te oefenen richt je je op het volgende:
- Je stuurt en coacht het lokale supply chain- en logistieke team, bestaande uit een Productieplanner, een Materiaalplanner, een Magazijnverantwoordelijke en een Masterdata Beheerder. Je stelt duidelijke prioriteiten, brengt extra dynamiek en resultaatgerichtheid, en zet doelgericht in op de efficiëntie en ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers.
- Je vertaalt de overkoepelende supply chain strategie naar de dagelijkse operaties, waarbij je ownership neemt, het team begeestert en streeft naar proactieve vooruitgang.
- Je optimaliseert en verfijnt de dagelijkse werking via structurele verbeteringen waardoor de nood aan ad-hoc escalaties systematisch afneemt.
- Je aligneert de belangen tussen verschillende afdelingen (planning, sales en productie). Je stroomlijnt en coördineert het volledige S&OP-proces. Je fungeert als constructieve buffer en centraal aanspreekpunt tussen sales en productie om de operationele grenzen te bewaken en gezamenlijk tot het meest optimale en haalbare productiescenario te komen.
Profiel
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een coördinerende rol of leidinggevende supply chain rol binnen een dynamische industriële omgeving.
- Je beschikt over een sterk procesgeoriënteerde en datagedreven mindset, gecombineerd met een brede affiniteit voor zowel plannings- als logistieke stromen.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Excel. Ervaring met dataverwerking en ERP/planningspakketten zoals D365, Power BI of MyPlan brengt hierbij een grote meerwaarde.
- Je bent een energieke en gedreven leidinggevende die met enthousiasme, daadkracht en een kritische oplossingsgerichte blik zijn of haar team meeneemt in verbetering.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over het vermogen om verbindend maar ook kordaat op te treden wanneer nodig.
- In een operationeel complexe omgeving behoud je steeds de nodige helicopterview om de afdeling in de juiste richting te sturen.
- Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je stapt binnen in een stabiele, toekomstgerichte onderneming waar mensen centraal staan.
