We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our preventive maintenance contract business. If you’re passionate about building long-term client relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses optimize their HVAC systems, this is your opportunity to thrive with a company that values excellence and integrity. Identify and generate leads for commercial HVAC preventive maintenance contracts across the DFW metroplex Perform on-site assessments, evaluate client needs, and present tailored maintenance solutions for systems such as chillers, boilers, and rooftop units Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners Meet and exceed sales goals through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure smooth contract implementation and customer satisfaction Stay informed on industry trends, energy-efficient technologies, and regulatory requirements Technical Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a proven track record in preventive maintenance contracts Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units Familiarity with the DFW market and an established professional network Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Technical certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA) are a plus Professional Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in an outside sales role What We Offer: Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses Health and dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vehicle allowance and gas card for business travel Opportunities for professional growth in a stable, well-established company How to Apply: If you’re ready to drive sales success with Atmac Mechanical, a leader in commercial HVAC and plumbing services, send your resume and cover letter to HVACcareers@atmac.com .
