Title: Senior Systems Administrator IBM DataCap / FileNet Administrator (Only W2 role) Total Required Experience In Years Minimum 15+ Years Overall IT Experience Minimum 6+ Years IBM DataCap, FileNet, PowerShell, Windows Server, Web Application Server Administration, Change Management, and Performance Monitoring Mode of Work Onsite (Local Florida Candidates Only) Job Description Seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to support enterprise content management, imaging systems, and large-scale infrastructure environments through IBM DataCap, FileNet Image Services, Windows Server administration, PowerShell automation, and web application server management. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in enterprise application administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, change management, technical documentation, and operational support within complex enterprise environments. This role requires administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise imaging and content management systems while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure high availability, compliance, operational efficiency, and successful implementation of enterprise technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, maintain, and support IBM DataCap 9.1.3 enterprise environments Support FileNet Image Services 4.2.0 administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization Perform Windows Server administration including configuration, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts supporting automation and operational efficiency initiatives Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Web Application Server environments Monitor and improve network, server, application, and infrastructure performance Manage enterprise change management, code promotion, and release support activities Create technical specifications, implementation documentation, operational procedures, and system documentation Produce validation, testing, and verification documentation supporting enterprise system modifications Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, operational standards, and governance requirements Communicate technical status, risks, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities Maintain enterprise documentation supporting systems administration and operational procedures Additional Responsibilities Prepare weekly status reports and executive-level reporting artifacts Participate in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and implementation activities Support enterprise governance, change control, compliance, and operational initiatives Collaborate with technical teams and business users to recommend scalable system improvements Support high-profile enterprise implementation and modernization projects Provide technical guidance, system recommendations, and operational best practices Required Skills Minimum 15+ years of overall Information Technology experience Minimum 6+ years of IBM DataCap 9.1.3 configuration and programming experience Minimum 6+ years of FileNet Image Services 4.2.0 administration and maintenance experience Minimum 6+ years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience Minimum 6+ years of Windows Server administration and configuration experience Minimum 6+ years of Web Application Server administration, monitoring, and performance tuning experience Minimum 6+ years of enterprise change management and code promotion experience Minimum 6+ years of network and server performance monitoring experience Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization capabilities Strong technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint Qualifications Experience working within Florida State Government or public sector environments preferred Experience supporting high-profile enterprise implementation projects preferred Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise best practices preferred Experience supporting cross-functional enterprise technologies and business functions preferred W2 work authorization required Local Florida candidates only required Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required Certifications PMP certification preferred Microsoft certifications preferred
