This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphic designs, while also contributing to continuous improvement. The Graphic Designer brings a strong understanding of design strategy, production processes, and customer engagement.* Develop and execute innovative design solutions that meet customer specifications* Create 3D concept and production renderings using C4D, aligned to retailer specifications* Concept and develop production-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for print* Produce high-quality samples and prototypes for review and testing* Collaborate with senior designers to learn and apply advanced design techniques* Provide mentorship and training to junior design team members as needed* Support cross-functional design tasks, including graphic and structural design* Participate in customer meetings to present concepts and gather feedback* Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals* Apply knowledge of operations, equipment capabilities, pricing, and labor to optimize design outcomes* Serve as a subject matter expert in specific design areas* Incorporate continuous improvement principles into design processes* Conduct product testing, including sample cutting and assembly* Integrate customer feedback into design iterations and final concepts* Perform store audits to inform design strategy and execution# **Education*** High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred* 3–5 years of relevant design experience# # **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*** Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Cinema 4D and Artios CAD ideal but not required.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* High attention to detail and commitment to quality* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines# # **Physical Requirements & Work Environment*** Primarily office-based; may be located at a Menasha Packaging fulfillment site* Occasional travel may be required**Two companies, one vision.**Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
