Job Description: Senior Specialist, Sales Force Effectiveness – US Oncology Key Responsibilities Drive development and execution of field effectiveness initiatives by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, tools, and resources. Generate performance insights through KPI tracking and analysis, delivering data‑driven recommendations to optimize field performance. Partner cross‑functionally to enable field execution, support product launches, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Support business planning and resource optimization across customer segments using data‑driven analysis. Lead adoption and continuous improvement of CRM platforms and field tools to enhance execution effectiveness. Enable consistent field execution through training materials, playbooks, and ongoing support. Ensure compliant execution of all field activities in accordance with governance and regulatory standards. Qualifications High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., sales, marketing, military, healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices). 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, oncology, commercial operations, or related roles (field or HQ). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong business acumen with a consultative, strategic approach to decision‑making. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and execute cross‑functional initiatives. Effective communication, organization, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to travel ~10% for national sales and HQ meetings. Preferred: Oncology field sales or key account management experience. Preferred: Experience supporting product launches or field execution initiatives. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva) and field reporting tools. Preferred: Exposure to sales force effectiveness, targeting, segmentation, or incentive programs. Preferred: Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑enabled solutions to identify performance opportunities and support data‑driven decision‑making. Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
