Job DutiesResponsibilities: Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion. Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications. Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives. PMP Certification or training preferred Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets)
- Experience with G-suit, Slack Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
- Experience working in customer-support functions such as sales or customer service.
- Experience working across channels and work groups.
- Experience working complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience analyzing complex problems, considering diverse perspectives, and devising effective, innovative solutions.
- Experience working within the Technology or Telecommunications industry
