At ABB, we help industries outrun leaner and cleaner. This role sits within ABB’s Robotics business as we enter a new chapter following SoftBank Group’s acquisition plan. The position reports to the Global Head of Operations & Technology, BL Industries.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute global sales strategy, pipeline development, and account capture plans
Lead strategic relationships with hyperscalers, partners, and key customers
Drive early design influence and translate customer needs into scalable solutions
Build and lead a high‑performing global sales organization
Own business performance including orders, revenue, margins, and pipeline quality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years in sales leadership, business development, or strategic accounts
Experience in data centers, automation, or infrastructure industries
Proven success managing global accounts and complex deals in similar segments
Experience influencing early‑stage customer decisions and specifications with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management and ability to lead across regions and influence without authority
