Saiful Bouquet is an internationally recognized, award-winning structural engineering firm, with two offices in Southern California. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join us in our headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, located on the 37th Floor of 725 S. Figueroa Street or in our San Diego office located in the Gaslamp Quarter at 225 Broadway. The Project Manager position involves design and detailing of structural systems for large, complex structures in many market sectors, primarily Type I construction. Applicant must have the management skills needed to lead a team of structural engineers and BIM designers in a dynamic office environment and steer projects towards successful outcomes working closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants. Significant opportunity for growth and exposure to a wide variety of exciting and challenging projects.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of building design experience.
- Experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types with emphasis on design of larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors.
- SE license is required.
- Proven track record with clients in delivering successful projects.
- Ability to act as a strong and decisive leader.
- Ability to connect with clients to build & maintain relationships.
- Experience with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD is a plus.
- Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 is a plus.
- Master's degree from a US university in structural engineering is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and people skills, and team players required.
- All candidates must be eligible to work and are located in the US.
