Teller Position As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers work in a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and while serving as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include:
Processing financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. Balancing assigned cash drawer and researching differences where applicable. Actively listening to our customers, and communicating in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. Recognizing customer needs and cross-selling bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Making referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.

Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred. Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency. Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner. Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
