We are an up-and-coming HVAC company based in Seattle, WA, driven to provide top-tier service and innovative HVAC solutions to our clients. As a startup, we're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and grow with us as we establish our brand as a leader in the industry.
Required Qualifications:
Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred). WA 06A Electrical Trainee Card will be provided if not already held. Driving: Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, air handlers) Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate professionally with customers

Job Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, documenting work in ServiceTitan or similar field management software Provide honest, transparent recommendations to homeowners and present repair and replacement options Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium customer experience on every call Manage your truck stock, tools, and parts inventory Follow all safety protocols and local code requirements Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs Support installation projects as needed
