How You'll Make an Impact As a Lead, Client Success, you will act as a pivotal individual contributor driving the strategic adoption and successful activation of Epsilon's person-first media solutions for key clients within the Auto vertical. Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, you will collaborate daily with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to transform client business objectives into high-performing media realities.
This is an ideal role for a media professional who wants to be at the center of the actionbridging the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work on innovative, data-driven media campaigns that leverage Epsilon's industry-leading identity platform.
- Directly influence Epsilon's growth by ensuring delivery excellence and operational health for our most significant retail accounts.
- Embody our strong dedication to client-centricity and transparency by providing reliable reporting and practical insights that build long-term trust.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
- Strong client service approach with a proven ability to manage collaborators and deliver compelling presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends.

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
