Your contributions matter

When you step into this crucial role as an Overnight Maintenance - Mechanic Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to effectively organize the schedules of our maintenance staff while ensuring seamless coordination with our production group and team members. Your unwavering commitment to upholding company policies and procedures is evident as you consistently administer them, maintaining accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and repair work completed during the graveyard shift. You're constantly striving to improve efficiencies, you take great pride in generating new ideas and methods. When management gives you the green light, you eagerly implement these innovations. What's required?

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in food production or related industries is preferred
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Basic computer skills
