We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Recruitment Social Media Manager to help bring our centers to life through compelling content, authentic storytelling, and innovative social media campaigns.
In this role, you'll transform workplace culture into a talent magnet—showcasing the people, purpose, and opportunities that make our client centers exceptional places to work. $100k-$110k/year
What You'll Do
Develop and execute recruitment-focused social media strategies across multiple client centers.
Create engaging content that highlights employee experiences, workplace culture, career growth, and community impact.
Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring initiatives and drive the flow of qualified applicants.
Capture and coordinate employee spotlights, testimonials, videos, photos, and culture-focused content.
Build employer branding campaigns that position our centers as employers of choice.
Monitor social media trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas to increase engagement and visibility.
Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and applicant conversion data to optimize results.
Collaborate with center leadership, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure authentic and consistent storytelling.
Support paid social media campaigns designed to attract talent for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strongly Preferred: 5+ years of social media strategy, content development, and campaign management experience.
Proven success creating social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and measurable recruitment results.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and content creation skills.
Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications (Recruitment Marketing Experience)
Preferred 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, or workforce marketing.
Other Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience.
Experience with paid social advertising and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
Experience creating video content and employer branding campaigns.
